Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PageJet (“PageJet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an AI website studio operated as a sole proprietorship based in Alaska, United States. By creating an account or using PageJet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PageJet.

1. The service

PageJet is a software tool for web professionals that helps you generate websites from a description using AI, find local-business leads, publish sites, and send invoices to your own clients. PageJet provides the software; you are responsible for how you use it and for the websites and services you deliver to your clients.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at pagejet.ai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, credits & billing

• PageJet is offered on monthly subscription plans. Each plan includes a set number of credits per month. One credit is consumed each time you generate or edit a site with AI.
• Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change plans, pricing, or credit allowances with reasonable notice. Changes apply to future billing periods.
• Free trials, where offered, include a limited number of credits and may be changed or ended at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PageJet to:

• create, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful;
• violate the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
• send unsolicited communications or contact leads in violation of applicable laws (including anti-spam and telemarketing rules such as CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and local equivalents) — you are solely responsible for how you contact businesses you find through the lead finder;
• misrepresent yourself or your relationship with PageJet;
• probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers;
• resell or provide access to PageJet itself to third parties (you may, of course, sell the websites you build).

5. Your content and the sites you build

• You retain ownership of the business details, prompts, images, and other materials you provide, and of the finished websites you generate.
• You are responsible for the websites and services you deliver to your clients, including their accuracy, legality, licensing of any images or content, and any agreements you make with those clients. PageJet is not a party to those agreements.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to operate and provide the service (for example, sending your prompt to our AI provider to generate a site).

6. AI-generated content

PageJet uses third-party AI models to generate websites and copy. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before you publish or deliver it. We make no guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Third-party services

PageJet relies on trusted third-party providers for AI generation, payments (handled by Stripe), business data, stock imagery, and hosting. Your use of features powered by these providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

8. Intellectual property

PageJet, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our name, logo, or software except the limited right to use the service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

PageJet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that generated content will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageJet and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PageJet and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, the websites or services you deliver to your clients, your contact with leads, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using PageJet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm PageJet, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of PageJet after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alaska, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
